Joshua has been employed as a licensed realtor since 2005. He completed his Broker's license two years later.  Joshua believes firmly in the value of community. He grew up and attended elementary and secondary school in Newmarket. He is involved with the Chamber of Commerce, the York Region Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Community Christmas Dinner Organization, Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation and he is a proud supporter of several local sports teams. 
 
Joshua completed his Bachelor Degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies at the University of Western Ontario in 2004.  He is currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration program at Ryerson University’s Ted Rogers School of Management.
